This service is completely free and you are under no obligation to proceed with an order. 
When you have decided what you would like and have placed an order with us, we will only take a 10% desposit and the balance on delivery or collection of the piece.  We will keep you informed of the progress of the work during production to enable you to make any changes that you feel are required.
